Event Terms & Conditions
Discounts
We offer a discount of 5% for 2 - 4 places and a 10% discount for 5 or more places booked. We apply the multiple place discount first then if you have a referral discount we will apply that against the balance left. Discounts are also applied before VAT. The Discounts and Early Bird / Full Price calculator are applied based on your Booking Date. If you modify your booking after submission then discounts will be recalculated.
Any discounts (including the early bird) will only be honoured if payment is made within 14 days of booking. To receive the early bird you must have paid no later than 1 week before the first event you have booked.
Any referral code discount is valid for one course place only. Only one referral code can be applied for each booking.
Substitution & Cancellation Policy
You may substitute a delegate at anytime, we ask that you provide their name, email and any special requirements they may have.
If any circumstances or events beyond SQL Know How's control causes the event to be cancelled we agree to refund the price you paid for the cancelled event, we are not liable for any other costs.
You may cancel an event booking up to 4 weeks before the event with an administration fee of 5% of the event cost, between 4 and 2 weeks before the event the administration fee is 20%, between 2 and 1 weeks before the event the administration fee is 50% and the 7 days before the event we offer no refund.
